We’re looking for someone who can move with the rhythm of a busy farm kitchen — someone flexible, creative, hardworking, and excited about great food.

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible and hungry to learn

  • Can take direction while also bringing ideas to the table (or the truck)

  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and not afraid of a little organized chaos

  • Team player who thrives in a creative, ever-changing environment

  • Must be available weekends

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Up to date with food trends and fresh food thinking

  • Kitchen experience required

  • Part-time to full-time available

We’re currently serving breakfast and lunch, with dinner service launching in late summer.

Bonus Points If…

You’ve ever worked somewhere where the food’s journey from soil to plate was shorter than your commute.

Bakery Lead

We’re looking for a strong, creative bakery lead to help shape and grow the bakery side of Turnbuckle Farm. This role is for someone who loves good food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can bring both consistency and creativity to the table.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong baking and kitchen experience required

  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage production flow

  • Flexible and eager to learn and grow with the farm

  • Can take direction while also bringing ideas and initiative

  • Comfortable working in a creative, constantly evolving environment

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Passion for quality, presentation, and fresh ingredients

  • Has a solid understanding of baking breads

  • Must be available weekends and mornings

  • Part-time to full-time available

Our bakery produces fresh breads, pastries, and seasonal farmstand offerings, with exciting growth planned throughout the year.
