Outdoor Cafe 

Join the Turnbuckle Farm Kitchen Team

We’re looking for people who can move with the rhythm of a busy farm kitchen — someone flexible, creative, hardworking, and excited about great food.

~Cook~

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible and hungry to learn

  • Can take direction while also bringing ideas to the table (or the truck)

  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and not afraid of a little organized chaos

  • Team player who thrives in a creative, ever-changing environment

  • Must be available weekends

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Kitchen experience required

  • Part-time to full-time available

We’re currently serving breakfast and lunch, with dinner service launching in late summer.​

Pay & Perks

  • Starting pay: $16–20/hr + tips
    (based on experience and certifications)

  • Health insurance offered annually for 30+ hour staff

~Barista/Service~

What We’re Looking For​

  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and not afraid of a little organized chaos

  • Must be available weekends

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Experience required

  • Part-time

  • Starting pay: $15-18hr + tips
    (based on experience)

  • Weekly grocery stipend for all staff

  • Farmstand discounts

~Server/Customer service~

What We’re Looking For​

  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and not afraid of a little organized chaos

  • Must be available weekends and weekdays 

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Experience required

  • Part-time/Full-time

  • Friendly and comfortable talking with customers

  • Starting pay: $14-18hr + tips
    (based on experience)
